Description of the Positions:

Academic Club Advisor: Supervises, authorizes and coordinates all activities of the club.

President: Leads the club, coordinates the meetings, regulates club activities, appoints duties to fellow officers and so on.

Vice President: In the absence of the President, the acting Vice President takes his/her place and coordinates the meeting.

Secretary: Records meeting minutes.

Treasurer: Organizes club funds and fundraising activities.

Senator: Attends Club Senate meetings, request fundings for club usage, relay messages from Club Senate to Club body, and so on.

Alternate Senator: In the absence of the Senator, the acting Alternate Senator takes his/her place and attends senate meetings.

Events Officer: Organizes table booths on event days at MCC to promote the club.

Media Officer: Regulates social media sites, and engages in communication relations.
